First time

No account yet? Create a free Studio account first, then sign in with it in the app.

Mac: the first time you open it
  1. Open the downloaded file and drag Lucon Studio into Applications.
  2. Open Lucon Studio from Applications. If the Mac says it cannot check it, click Done.
  3. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway next to Lucon Studio, then enter your Mac password.
  4. Allow the camera and microphone when the Mac asks. You only do this once.
Windows: the first time you open it
  1. Open Lucon-Studio-Windows-Setup. It installs by itself and opens Lucon Studio.
  2. If a blue box says Windows protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway.
  3. If Windows asks about the network for Lucon Link, choose Private networks and click Allow.
