Quick actions
Assign staff to an event
Choose an existing account (or create one below), the event, and the role. Each person only sees the events you assign them to, with that role’s permissions.
Create a new staff account
Creates a sign-in for a client or staff member. With the box below ticked, they receive a welcome email from events@luconhouse.com with their sign-in email and temporary password. They can change the password later under Security.

Create event
Creates the event, its registration page and its categories. You can change everything later in Event Settings.
Two-step verification
Adds a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy) every time you sign in. With it, a stolen password alone can't get into your account. Strongly recommended for Super Admins and Client Admins.
- Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone.
- In the app tap +, then Scan a QR code, and scan this code.
- Type the 6-digit number the app shows into the box and click the button.
Change password
Use at least 10 characters. A passphrase of several words is best.
Session protection
Office pages sign you out automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity. Check-in desks stay signed in during the event. Always sign out on shared computers.
Audit log
Every sensitive action: check-ins, badge prints, settings, staff access, imports and deletions. Entries can't be edited or deleted.

Help contacts
People who used the Help assistant on the website: their name, email or phone, and what they asked. Only people with a tick in “News” agreed to hear about future events; use only those for marketing.

Organiser events
Events created by organisers on events.luconhouse.com/start. Check each new event, then approve it (it goes live) or ask for a change. The organiser is emailed either way.
Prices
One payment per event, by number of guests. Organisers pay online (Paystack) before their event is sent to you for approval. Changing prices does not affect events already paid for.

Service fee on ticket sales
When an event has its own bank account for ticket money (Tickets & sales page), Paystack pays each card payment straight to the organiser and sends this percentage to Lucon House. Paystack’s own fee is taken from the organiser’s share. A change applies to new payments only.
Pro accounts
Accounts with Lucon Studio Pro: ₦10,000 a month or ₦100,000 a year, paid once (no automatic charges). One payment covers the account’s whole team and every production. They are emailed 5 days before Pro ends.

Give or extend Pro
Give Pro free to a client, or add time to an account. The person must already have a Lucon account (Studio or Lucon Events). Time is added on top of what is left.
Test licences
Free Pro for testers, with no payment. Each code is typed in once (Upgrade window → “Have a licence code?”). It then gives every Pro feature on that one computer until its end date. End a code here at any time.

Who can open the desktop apps
While you are testing, keep the Lucon Studio and Lucon Events apps closed to the public. Only Lucon House, Pro accounts, test licences (on their computer) and clients with a full Lucon Events event can open them. Everyone else sees a page asking for a licence code.
LUCON EDIT licences
Keys for the LUCON EDIT video editor. Buyers get theirs by email after paying. Here you can make keys by hand (gifts, testers, people who paid another way), free a computer, end a key, approve students and see the free trials.
Pro payments
The latest 100 Pro payments. Lucon House is also emailed for each one.
